Yaizelee Pedraja
Director
I was born in Ciego de Avila, Cuba. I am happily married to my husband, Jose Pedraja, for 22 years. Together we formed a beautiful family of 3 children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. Since childhood, I have admired the teaching profession. I graduated as a Music Teacher in 1996 at the Conservatory of Santa Clara, Cuba. Since 1998, I began working as a Music Teacher at the Elementary School of Art in Ciego de Avila, Cuba.
In a leadership role, I was a Director of Orchestra and Band Concert. Another accomplishment that I am proud of is that I participated in a Chamber Quintet for more than 10 years. I started in the field of child care as a preschool teacher in a Child Care Center in 2013 in Palm Beach County. I earned my National CDA (Child Development Associate) and the Credential Staff in 2015 and obtained the National Child Development Associate Credential Infant Toddler (CDA).
Jose Pedraja
Assistant Teacher
Hello, My name is Jose Pedraja, I am Cuban and I have been happily married to my wife Yaizelee Pedraja for 22 years. Together we have 3 children, and also 3 grandchildren. My wife and I are professional musicians and music teachers.
I started working as a teacher since 2007 as a Music Teacher at the School of Art in my country. I have always liked working with children because it is very rewarding to see how they learn and grow.
My wife and I decided to open a Family Daycare and we work together in this beautiful task of teaching and preparing children, so that they grow and develop in a healthy environment, surrounded by a lot of love and learning opportunities that will be the basis for them to be become self-confident adults with great values.
